Salary: £30,000 per year

Are you an experienced Sales Administrator looking to join a world leading organisation based in Swindon, we have a great opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to provide support for internal and International stakeholders.

Your role will be to act as the Sales liaison with International Distributors and internal departments, support the Sales support functions and assist in the preparation of quotations, PQQ’s, tenders, technical specifications plus any other appropriate commercial documentation in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You will contribute to the customer care and continuous improvement processes.

As an experienced Sales Coordinator you will have previous experience of working within a busy sales team with international experience, be able to work on your own initiative, experience of CRM systems, be IT literate especially Microsoft packages and be able to communicate at all levels (a second language would be an advantage). You will need to have previously worked in a similar role where with passion for customer care and the aim of creating a ‘best in industry’ reputation for accurate and timely advice.
