Job Title: Sales Application Engineer
Location: Newmarket, Suffolk
Salary: £competitive DOE + commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
Contract Type: Full time, permanent
Sector: Engineering & Technical
Our client based in Newmarket is looking for a full time Sales Application Engineer to join their team on a full time basis.
As Sales Application Engineer your duties will include:
- Developing new business
- Providing sales & application support
- Developing strong relationships with current and new customers
- Providing accurate information on products and offering customers advice
- Preparing quotes
- Keeping technical knowledge up to date
- Site visits to meet with customers (UK & international).
An ideal candidate for the Sales Application Engineer will have:
- HND/HNC or equivalent experience in electrical engineering
- Electrical control and distribution systems experience
- Business development experience
- Full UK driving license
- Good communication skills, verbal & written.
