Sales and Exports Administrator

On-going Temporary Sales and Exports Administrator with a view to go Permanent in Perthshire

An exciting opportunity to join an established and highly regarding Manufacturing company in Perthshire within the Exports team on a temporary basis with a view to go permanently for the right candidate. Salary ranging from £26,000depending on experience. Due to location it is essential you have your own transport.

Your new role
Your new position will involve assisting the Head of Exports and the export team with sales administration, order processing, and shipping documentation. You will receive and process all orders for export clients and enter them into the system. You will issue out all final invoices and documentation to the logistic supplier and the client in the required timescales. You will manage all shipping documentation for all clients, to ensure it is correct, and received by the client before their goods arrive to customs. Other duties will include maintaining the file of documentation requirements by country, create the shipping notes and issue to the loading team, book and manage the couriers as required for the collection and delivery of documentation and samples and take general responsibility for Export administration and maintenance of customer files.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will be immediately available and an experienced Sales Administrator with excellent attention to detail, ability to work to timescales and deadlines and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in exports would be beneficial but not essential as training will be given.
