Sales Administrator
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a leading Manufacturing client based in the NG8 area. As a Sales Administrator, you will be working closely with all departments supporting in a variety of tasks.
Duties of a Sales Administrator include:
- Order entry onto our database
- Taking orders and enquiries from Customers both on the telephone and at our counter
- Placing orders with our Suppliers, and corresponding with them as required
- Scanning and filing
- Liaising with our shopfloor regarding orders and deliveries
Key skills required of a Sales Administrator:
- Proven experience within the Manufacturing Industry is an advantage
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
Working hours are Mon – Fri 8.00 am – 5.00 pm.
Salary £22- £25k dependant on experience.
