Sales Administrator

We are looking for an exceptionally talented Sales Administrator to support the daily activities of our energetic client’s sales team.

This role is an exciting opportunity and would suit an outgoing, friendly person who also has sales administration experience, and is looking for a career within a busy and challenging environment.
Everyday is different so you will need to be able to adapt quickly to changes and have a flexible working attitude. Attitude is key.

This is a very close knit team where everyone takes full responsibility for their individual roles but works together to achieve the company’s overall goals

The Sales Administrator will be:

* the a point of contact for the general questions from customers, who need quick answers
* with everything from collating sales figures on a weekly basis to helping organise the day to day running of the busy branch

Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:

* work efficiently and communicate clearly with team members
* maintain high service levels and company standards
* deal with queries both face to face and via the telephone
* use your exceptional organisations skills to assist the running of the Branch
* administration duties including, data entry, typing, office based relevant activities

The successful candidate will also need to have outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and other employees.

Full-time position working 5 days a week, inclusive of Saturdays on a rota.
