Russian Sales Manager

Due to continued success our client, a well established and respected market leader within the automotive industry is actively seeking an experienced, ambitious and results driven Russian speaking Sales Manager to compliment their growing team.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, key responsibilities will include:
• Develop new distribution channels whilst effectively managing current distributors
• Market price / competitor research
• Create sales strategies and monitor their ongoing effectiveness
• Propose marketing strategies, provide quotes and set up expense budget and sales targets on a yearly basis
• SWOT analysis on a yearly basis
• Supervise marketing and manage suppliers
• Customers communication and visits in the territory
• Submit sales reports and visit reports
• Sales figures analyses – problem solving and opportunity taking
• Represent the company at Exhibitions

The successful candidate will be an established sales professional with demonstrable experience of both developing new business and growing existing accounts. Complete fluency in Russian is essential. You will also possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to create professional relationships with a variety of clients.
This position would suit an acutely sales driven professional who is eager to grow their territory and subsequently their career and earning potential. You must be flexible to travel including overseas trips.
