The appointed Ruby / JavaScript Web Developer Skills and Experience:

Strong commercial experience developing web applications on both mobile and desktop environments
Excellent experience with Ruby on Rails and JavaScript frameworks (Ruby on Rails, Node.Js, Backbone, JQuery, Marionette)
Strong background in full stack web development
Exceptional communication skills (Fluent in English).
Must be able to communicate with technical and non-technical staff, across all levels
A keen learner, seeking to develop his/her skills and embrace training and development, able to adapt to new, complex development environments and embrace training and development to keep abreast of the latest technologies and trends
Able to work well as part of a team, but also a self-starter
