Salary: £26,000 – £35,100 per year

Bates & Bradshaw are recruiting on behalf of a major Construction & Maintenance company in the Hull area who operate as one of the leading building, repairs, and maintenance contractors. They are presently employing around 500 people and have a turnover of £50m and they have some ambitious plans in place to grow this again over the coming years.

Role Description

Bates & Bradshaw are recruiting for a Roofer, to work with all types of roofs for Garages, Roofs and Sheds in and around the Hull boundaries.

Responsibilities

* To carry out roofing work in numerous locations each day with remote supervision.

* Locations of work are determined by workload requirements and will vary daily.

* It will be necessary to travel using a company vehicle as required.

* Complete all relevant internal and external documentation, such as vehicle inspection sheets, material requisitions and job completion sheets.

* To discuss work related roofing issues directly with customers on site with a professional and diplomatic approach in order to determine their exact requirements.

* To drive and be responsible for impress stock in a company vehicle.

Qualifications & Experience Required

* Full UK Driving Licence

* CSCS Card (Not Essential)
