The Company:

Main purpose:
To handle Freight Forwarding activities for the European market

The Role:
– Providing an excellent level of customer service to customers
– Dealing with customers enquiries and solving any issues related to deliveries
– Producing transport documentation
– Following up on orders, shipments, delivery schedules, etc.
– Producing quotations and transport costs for all clients
– Negotiating rates and transport schedules
– Being in charge of invoicing, cost control and general administration
– Liaising with suppliers, operations and warehouse
– Opportunity to develop the French market

The Candidate:
– Fluent in English and Romanian (Written & Spoken) – Essential
– Previous experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Transportation
– Previous experience in a Customer Service environment
– Keen to learn and progress
– Able to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment
– Able to work independently
– IT literate in MS office applications
– Excellent administrative skills

Salary:
£26,400 – £31,200 pa + Benefits
