RGN Staff Nurse

RGN Staff Nurse – Maidstone £14.4 – £15.6 per hour

Our client is a private care home group with ten large purpose built care centres across the South East area. They are currently seeking RGN for their large nursing, residential and dementia home in the Maidstone area.

We require a highly motivated, dynamic individual to join our clients forward thinking team. You will be a first level nurse with experience of managing care staff, an ability to form positive relationships and a sound understanding of the role that spiritual, emotional and physical health play in the well-being of a person. Above all, you will have a passionate desire to enhance the quality of life for older people.

You will need to be RGN qualified and have good experience of working with elderly client groups. Hours are full time to include weekends and a full shift pattern. In return you will receive a generous hourly rate and ongoing training and career development.
