The showroom is open 7 days a week till late; you will be required to work 5/7 days on a fair rota on the evenings and weekends with the rest of the team.
Activities involved;
• You will be responsible for approaching customers that visit the world class showroom. Introducing yourself and finding out more about the reason for their visit to the store.
• Discussing a range of products that meets the customers expectations. You will need to ask plenty of questions to identify what products will be the right choice for them.
• Introducing the customer to a range of products that the customer will be interested in.
• Here is the exciting part; CLOSING DEALS.
• Arranging payment and/or finance agreements for the customer.
• Exceeding expected levels of customer service.

Ideal candidate;
• Ideally you will be a superstar bathroom salesperson and be 100% over target elsewhere and ready to join the best bathroom retailer in the UK. If this is not your background, don’t worry, our client will hire sales professionals from a variety of backgrounds.
• Our client is looking for a ‘go get em’ type of person. This sell is a medium/high ticket value sale and the customers will want complete faith that the products are the right products for them.

Internal support;
• Full product training will be given. The client’s portfolio of products is HUGE so you will need to have a solid memory to remember everything that they offer; fortunately they also have an online catalogue which you can access with ease.

In return you will receive;
• A basic salary which will be offered at £26,000per year.
• There is an uncapped commission scheme, the highest earners have reported to have made in excess of £26,000 per year. Most performers in the business are making between £24,000 and £30,000.
