ROLE: 
They are currently recruiting for talented, engaging and target driven Full and Part time Retail Sales Assistant (s) and Administrator (s) to join their Northern Goldsmiths showroom in Newcastle.

As a Retail Sales Assistant within their Goldsmiths showrooms you will be responsible for achieving your personal sales targets, whilst ensuring you deliver every client a World Class Customer Experience in line with their Company Vision and Values. You will be a strong team player, always acting with honesty, integrity and enthusiasm.

Previous experience of jewellery and watches is desirable, but not essential as full product training will be given.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
a) Achieving personal sales targets in line with store KPI objectives.
b) Managing all transactional processes in line with Company procedures and relevant audit and security policies.
c) Keeping up to date with product knowledge and services offered in store.
d) Maintaining the professional image of the showroom with regard to Visual Merchandising, housekeeping standards and dress code.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: 
a) Retail experience within a consultative environment.
b) Proven record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
c) Ability to deliver a World Class Customer Experience, exceeding client expectations.
d) Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
e) A high level of IT literacy.

DESIRABLE SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) Luxury jewellery / watch retail experience or external jewellery / watch qualifications.
b) Visual merchandising skills.
c) Advanced selling and negotiation skills.
d) Knowledge of legal requirements surrounding their role particularly in the areas of: Retail law, Health & Safety, Security.
e) Additional language skills are extremely desirable, due to the diverse nature of our client base.
