Retail Manager – Contract Catering

My client is a large contact caterer and is looking for a Retail Manager to work at one of their clients HO’s in London Holborn.
You will be managing all aspects of the catering facilities onsite and these include:
Costa Coffee
Café which provides hot and cold snacks and ‘grab and go’ food.
Hospitality – meeting room food
You will manage a team of 3 and there are roughly 1000 people on site.
As there is no staff restaurant on site this role would really suite someone who has a branded retail background who has maybe managed a coffee shop in the past and who wants to take the first step into contract catering.
