Retail Liaison Manager

Salary: £42,000 – £45,600 per year

We are supporting a fantastic opportunity for a proven, retail professional to join a successful scheme in Brighton. 

This exciting, proactive position is a key part of the centre delivery & works to establish & manage relationships with all site retailers/tenants. Key areas of delivery include: –

• Pro-actively grow key retailer relationships/communication across the scheme
• Working closely with site Store Managers & Head Office Partners 
• Collecting & analysing trading data
• Supporting all retailers with site requirements including pro-actively promoting retailer promotions/events
• Being a key part of the Centre Management Team, reporting to the Centre Director & working in partnership with the site Retail Marketing Executive
• Provide quarterly Retailer Meeting Forums to give retailers updates on the centre activities 
• Encourage retailer engagement on centre initiatives (e.g. with Marketing Events) 
• Working closely with the on-site Operation Teams 
• Ensure the retailers adhere to site compliance/health & safety requirements 

This key role, once trained will be part of the Duty Management Rota which will include working weekends (currently working 1 in 7).

Candidates must hold proven Senior Retail Experience, along with the ability to analyse sales, footfall & trends data.
