JOB TITLE: Retail Branch Manager

SALARY: Basic £26,400OTE £32k

Location: Leicester

Established 6 years ago with the objective of becoming the ‘third way’ for customers who are looking to sell their car quickly, safely and easily, they are an ambitious business with a growing presence across the UK.

JOB PURPOSE: Dealing directly with the general public both face to face and over the telephone, offering an excellent customer service experience, being the face of the business. Building a relationship with the Customer, valuing the used car, processing the purchase of the car and maximising further and future business opportunities for the company.

Main Duties:

* Building strong rapport with customers through welcome and confirmation calls
* Managing the business Opportunity and Purchase systems, Converting booked appointments into successful purchases
* Accurately appraising vehicles keeping in mind both the company and customer at all times
* Selling the business services effectively and thoroughly processing the car purchase
* Actively promoting the brand in an effective and professional manner
* Developing further and future sales opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
* Successful processing of admin and all company processes ensuring that all company standards and procedures are adhered to, managing a strict and effective compliance standard
* Full ownership, responsibility and maintenance of the Branch, Branch standards, equipment and presentation

Hours: 5 days in 7 to include every Saturday and Sunday. Weekdays: 10am – 7pm, Saturday 9am – 5:30pm, Sunday 10am – 5pm.

Person Specification: It is essential all candidates must have:

* Full Valid UK Driving License
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Strong PC Skills
* Articulate and very confident at liaising with customers regularly by telephone and face to face
* Organised, structured, and portrays a professional image at all times
* Experience of working to and exceeding targets and able to work in a fast paced and changing environment
* Previous Retail or Customer Service/Customer Facing and Sales experience
