Retail Assistant.

Full-time – Permanent – £15,480.00 – £26,000 per year

Our client based in Harrogate is one of the UK’s leading online retailers. They are a fast-paced and entrepreneurial company and due to a busy and successful couple of years they are looking to expand their Retail team and are looking for a Retail Assistant.

They are seeking someone with excellent interpersonal skills with excellent attention detail who has the ability to prioritise and manage various work projects to tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Key Objectives: To support the Field sales team and the Senior Retail Sales Executive by providing administrative assistance for aspects of new business development.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist the Retail Development Manager by providing general administrative support on a daily basis to ensure the smooth operation of all aspects of the area

– Support the Senior Retail Sales Executive with the daily requirements of managing the field based Retail Sales Executives

– Accurately prepare, analyse and distribute the daily retail sales report to senior management in accordance with the defined time-frames

– Prepare, coordinate and schedule specific Retail meetings, appointments, functions and projects.

– Assist in preparation and distribution of presentations
