We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Internal Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. Your role will involve proactively building and nurturing relationships with our valued customers, ensuring they receive the exceptional service they deserve. You’ll work collaboratively with our friendly team to deliver high standards of business excellence and develop new sales opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build customer relationships to encourage sales and develop business
Work as part of a collaborative, friendly team to achieve high standards of business excellence
Liaise confidently with existing and new customers, over the phone and email
Provide support and servicing skills for our customer
You will be offering a seamless and outstanding customer service to support with queries, quotations and orders
Ensure customers are proactively managed and regularly contacted
Acquire and build a knowledge and understanding of company services
ABOUT YOU

You’ll have experience in developing relationships and promoting services using a consultative approach
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, resilient and resourceful, with a sharp eye for identifying new sales opportunities and a passion for excellence
You’ll have the ability to speak to a varied range of people and decision makers at different levels
You’ll be able to show initiative, be a self-starter, eager to learn and able to work as a team with a willingness to learn
