As our Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for achieving agreed targets for client retention and growth amongst a portfolio of key accounts in the financial and professional services sector.

Your primary focus will be on overseeing the relationship, managing and growing the business, and ensuring that the client has a successful experience in dealing with Restore Solutions. You’ll be the driving force behind maintaining client loyalty and satisfaction, and building lasting relationships that grow over time.

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll have the autonomy to develop and implement account strategies that align with our business objectives. You’ll be responsible for contract management, contract retention, and achieving account growth targets. With your in-depth product knowledge, you’ll be able to position our solutions as the go-to option for our clients.

ABOUT YOU

Demonstrable large account management experience; delivery of sales growth
Understanding of SaaS solutions operations and account management process
Ability to work with other departments to ensure work sold is profitable
Deep understanding/experience of the financial and insurance sector
Good commercial understanding, negotiation skills and tender processes
Restore Digital support customers on their digital transformation journeys. Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. And usually, we are busy digitising most of the exam papers undertake in the UK every year.
