Restore are on the hunt for an enthusiastic, proactive analyst to join our fantastic team as a Client Contract Specialist.

As Client Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for defining and managing the process by which new accounts are brought into the business and include on-site support for both customers and the sales team where required.

Communication with customers, at varying levels of seniority is a vital part of this role, and you must be a confident communicator, and able to ascertain the key points, and communicate these effectively, mindful that key points may vary from stakeholder to stakeholder.

You will support the sales and operations teams in the administration of non-standard projects – advising them on the required approach the new account creation – ensuring that all necessary elements are present to enable ongoing accurate invoicing and reporting.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and make effective decisions in a timely manner. They will also be computer literate with working knowledge of O’Neil RSSQL Operations and Administration.

Responsibilities

Define the approach to the business’ web portal set-up and ensure procedures reflect this within the wider Business;
Manage the creation of new RSWeb configurations for new accounts and projects to include creation of user accounts etc.;
Provide training for customers on the use of RSWeb on-site, on-line or via phone;
Process customer data for import into the core O’Neil RS-SQL database and liaise with the Technical team and Operations regarding the required approach to process customer intakes;
Administer customer account ‘splits and merges’ as per the defined process and raise invoices for said accounts until transfer over to BAU;
Manipulate and process large amounts of customer data in various formats i.e.i.e., Excel, Access etc. either for import into O’Neil RS-SQL or for analysis along side existing customer reports, as per the customer’s requirement and liaise with the Technical team and Operations regarding the required approach to process customer intakes
About you

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ability to plan, prioritisze and make effective decisions in a timely manner;
Working knowledge of O’Neil RSSQL Operations and Administration;
Computer literate (MSOffice Advanced Excel / Outlook / Word);
Prioritiszation of busy schedule for self and colleagues;
Effective communication skills, both orally and written;
Enthusiastic, proactive, strong inter-personal skills;
Excellent attention to detail;
