THE COMPANY
A well established and well known casual dining restaurant group with 300+ restaurants across the UK. They are currently going through a massive £60m investment programme, which includes:
• Refitting and re-imaging sites with a much more vibrant décor
• Implementing an exciting and modernised new menu
• Fitting cocktail bars in flagship restaurants
• Trying to create an extraordinary guest experience and be notorious for their enthusiastic and cheerful service

THE QUALITIES
To be a successful Restaurant Deputy Manager you will have:
• Managerial experience at a Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager level within the food service, retail or leisure industry.
• A sharp business brain, every objective, no matter how challenging, is possible. Failure is not an option for you
• An appetite for delivering exceptional customer service and inspiring your team to do the same
• The determination to drive sales and get involved in the community to push forward the brand’s reputation
