Location: Bella Cosa-Italian Restaurant – London E14
Hours: 48hrs over 5 days a Week
Bella Cosa is a Casual Italian restaurant in Canary wharf is looking for a Supervisor to join our restaurant team.
As a Restaurant Supervisor you’ll be a great leader with strong communication and influencing skills, you’ll have an approachable manner and a “hands on” attitude.
you’ll be passionate, confident, caring and trustworthy taking pride in all that you do.
- Supporting the restaurant team to ensure a smooth running operation
- Leading the team
- You will be required to train all staff to a high standard
- Communicate regularly with the Kitchen
- Will be responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety
- Will be reporting directly into the Restaurant Manager
- Experienced in opening and closing shifts
- Passionate about delivering the highest levels of service with a desire to learn and work hard
