Resourcing and Attraction Specialist
Job Description
Due to continued success and growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity to join our in-house Talent Acquisition team as a Resourcing and Attraction Specialist.
The Resourcing and Attraction Specialist will be a critical part of the talent acquisition team. The primary responsibility will be to attract, engage, and select the best candidates through innovative sourcing and attraction strategies.
Role: Resourcing and Attraction Specialist
Location: Liverpool
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
Salary: £30,000 per annum
What you will be doing:
- Recruitment marketing campaigns across a variety of organise and paid platforms, both online and offline
- Optimise advertising campaigns to ensure maximum results on channels such as Indeed, and LinkedIn
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company’s employer brand, developing and implementing creative attraction strategies to build a talent pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to create compelling employer branding content
- Showcase the company’s unique culture and values to potential candidates
- Work with HR and Operational colleagues to utilising EVP to enhance the attraction and retain cycle of resourcing
- Utilise recruitment analytics to measure and report on attraction and sourcing metrics
- Develop a proposal for a social media strategy to attract and retain candidates for Acorn insurance to appeal to a wide range of ages and demographic
- Work with marketing to make sure that there is a suitable supply of content for social media channels
- Keep up to date on changes in the social media landscape and candidate usage habits
- Suggest events and themes to promote a diverse workforce across a range of sources
- Keep up to date with industry trends and suggest and implement ang changes needed, Identifying areas for improvement and make data-driven adjustments to strategies
- Lead on subsequent projects that arise
What we are looking for:
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Able to manage complex workloads and meet numerous deadlines
- Excellent people skills, able to collaborate with a wide range of people to meet deadlines
- An eye for detail, able to use data to identify opportunities
- Recruitment experience/ knowledge would be advantageous
