Resource Manager

My client are seeking a new Resource Manager to deliver recruitment and resourcing requirements against their customer projects and growth plans. You will be responsible for the search and selection of new staff, working with senior management to assist in the delivery of current and future projects, and as an individual contributing to my clients continual improvement and expansion.

✓ To define and enact resourcing and recruitment strategy with the recruitment of permanent and contract resource that fits with the profile of my clients consultant and any ad-hoc project needs.

✓ Utilising Job Boards, Linkedin Recruiter and if necessary agencies to deliver recruitment.

✓ Good search and selection, headhunting skills in an independent role. Ideally withexperience of working in a small firm, where initiative and pro-activity are key.

✓ Good management and logistical skills in understanding the demands on the company’s project work and the resource needs that come with this.

✓ Ideally degree-level educated with at least 2+ years recruitment experience
