Residential Childrens Worker (Horley)

Residential Children Workers required for 6 bedded female only service based in a rural setting in the Horley area.

Great opportunity to work in a therapeutic setting with young people who have EBD and some challenging behaviour.

Role involves working in a professional but positive manner alongside the young people, facilitating activities and encouraging healthy pursuits in a residential environment.

Up to date working knowledge of safeguarding is essential and you must be aware of current OFSTED legislation.

NVQ 3 is preferred but not essential as experience is also valued.

Salary quoted does not include sleep in bonus of £26,000 per shift, working on a 3 week shift rota you will work 72 hours every 2 weeks with 1 full weekend off in 3.
