Residential Childrens Worker

4 bed children’s home based in Henfield requires a residential children’s worker to join the existing team giving care and support to children aged 11-18 with EBD, SEBD and challenging behaviour.

The successful candidate must be motivated and have a real drive to work in looked after children’s services with a focus on the residents as the main priority.

Job role involves working closely with the young people to ensure that they live a normal life as possible, this is done through activity planning, key working sessions and communication to obtain information regarding the outlook and problems the children are facing.

You must have at least a years experience in a similar role and also be a car owner/driver as the location of the unit is fairly rural. The role comes with free membership to them local leisure centre!
