Our client is a long established and expanding property management company. This property firm located in the centre of the hustle and bustle of Brighton and specialises in residential block management. Our client retains its traditional values whilst operating with fun, vibrant and modern culture.
Your new role
Our Client is currently looking for a Residential Block Property Manager to manage a portfolio of long leasehold residential properties, predominantly large blocks. You will be an integral part of the team, reporting directly to a Senior Partner. You will have a great career path and opportunities for career progression.
Salary:
£28,000 – £32,000
What you’ll need to succeed
What you need to succeed:
* Experienced in long leasehold block management (3 years+), with a good understanding of current legislation affecting residential property management.
* A good understanding of residential leases, statutory compliance issues and CDM regulations.
* Experience of budget management, financial control, and delivery of cost efficiencies.
* Working knowledge of building management, systems maintenance, and repair projects.
* Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills – written, and verbal, presentation of information.
* Good problem-solving skills. Ability to analyse information and make recommendations accordingly.
* Good team player – willingness to share knowledge and support other colleagues if required.
Qualifications:
* IRPM or higher (or a willingness to study for IRPM).
* A good standard of general education is essential
