Remote Working
My client is looking for an experienced Account Manager for a remote working role that they have. The role involves being responsible for managing new clients with onboarding and any future sales from upselling and cross selling. They are looking for someone with previous account management experience, someone who has the experience to building strong commercial relationships with existing clients. You must also have proven skills in customer (B2B) negotiations/account management and working towards KPI’s and targets.
Key responsibilities;
* Onboard a portfolio of new clients and also manage the renewal process for existing clients
* Provide excellent and professional customer service at all times developing and achieving optimum profitability.
* Manage and maintain existing clients, upselling and cross selling new products
* Building fantastic rapport with all customers
Skills and experience required:
* Previous account manager experience
* Proven skills in customer (B2B) negotiations
* Proven skills in upselling and cross selling
* Proven experience of high-level communications/sales.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A strong team player.
* The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands
* Strong numerical and analytic skills.
* Experience user of MS Office including Excel
