Regulatory Affairs Manager – (Chemicals, Detergents, Biocides) – West Midlands

About the role:

This client is a member of the CHSA, BACS & ISSA, giving you the confidence that this is a client who not only wants to produce the highest quality products, but also conform to all EU legislation such as REACh and CLP.

This role has come about due to growth, and would mean you join at a very exciting time for the business. You would be required to head up the regulatory function and direct/lead the implementation of regulatory management systems.

Skills Required:

Essential experience/skills:

To be the company expert on REACH, Detergent Regulations, Products Regulations, Environmental Liability Directive, IPPC, COMAH
To play a monitoring role with respect to consultation documents and impending legislative developments.
To draft policy documents regarding key legislation and advise on necessary compliance measures to ensure ongoing compliance with new and existing legislation
Ensure compliance of product labelling
