The Company
Brewster Partners are excited to continue working with this Sheffield based regulatory body, helping them to find 2 Registration Renewals Officers.
The Job
(Both positions are for 6 months starting in August)
The Registration Renewals Officer is responsible for the registration of qualified professionals as well as providing exceptional customer service and advice to people that contact the origination.
You will be responsible for the management of large quantities of personal and sensitive data, obtaining relevant information to process the renewal of individual registrations as well as collecting payments associated to each registration.
The Person
The role of the Registration Renewals Officer requires high levels of customer service, the ability to work under pressure and being able to work as part of team.
If you have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, a background in customer service and a can-do attitude then this role is perfect for you. You do not need previous regulatory body experience; full training will be given.
