Your responsibilities will include:

– Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to address psychological, emotional, and social needs.
– Creating individualised care plans based on assessments, considering patients’ goals and preferences.
– Administering medications and monitoring for side effects and adjusting treatment if necessary.
– Evaluating patient progress, documenting observations, and adjusting care plans as necessary.
– Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of care
– Educating patients and their families on mental health conditions and treatments option
– Acting as an advocate for patients, ensuring their rights and dignity are maintained.
– Contributing insights in multidisciplinary team meetings for treatment planning.
