Job Title: Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care

Location: Banbury

Remuneration: £33,600 – £42,000 per annum + Target Related Bonus

Responsible For overseeing: Local Banbury office Staff, Field Care Supervisors & Care Workers

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate person with excellent leadership qualities to manage our established and growing Banbury Domiciliary Office & Staff Team.

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the office ensuring that the office staff and carers are providing the highest quality person-centred care, enabling our service users to live as independently as they can.

Job Overview:

  • To be the Registered Manager for the purposes of the CQC
  • To grow and develop the business, with overall responsibility for the success of the office
  • Must be able to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Exhibit excellent knowledge and understanding of the care industry and CQC regulations and requirements
  • Understanding and able to analyse and meet compliance requirements
  • Passion to mentor, train and lead a team
  • Fully responsible for ensuring office operations meet and exceed customer & business expectations & KPI’s
  • The Manager is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of business and operational performance, business development, quality management, people management in line with set KPI’s

Requirements:

  • Hold a current UK Drivers Licence
  • Experience in domiciliary/home care
  • Excellent administration and communication skills
  • People management skills and experience
  • QCF Level 5 (or equivalent) in Leadership for Health and Social Care or willing to work towards one
