Sliding scale based on occupancy level (currently 100%) £5,000 increase

Your role responsibilities…
My client is a national mental healthcare provider operating five homes nationwide, offering high quality care to people with severe and enduring mental health needs. It was established in 1987, providing services that include specialised nursing and residential care.
My client currently has an exciting opportunity available and are looking for a reliable and experienced Registered Home Manager with a friendly and caring nature to join our team to manage a 34 bedded nursing and residential home based in Littlehampton, West Sussex.
The successful candidate will be motivated to bring the occupancy levels up to full capacity as well as maintaining the existing “good” CQC rating.
* Previous management experience is required.
* Good Awareness of CQC legislations, updates, changes and best practice
* Level 5 in Health and Social care is desirable but not essential
* Strong background of successful CQC inspections
Where is the role: This position is based in Littlehampton, West Sussex and is commutable from Climping, Atherington, Ford, Wick, Lyminster, Kingston, Worthing, Chichester, Brighton, Crawley, Petersfield, Portsmouth, Crawley, Basingstoke, Winchester, Eastbourne, Lewes, Horsham, Horley, Guildford, Aldershot, Farnborough, Woking.
