Salary: £30 – £36 per hour
RGNs or Registered General Nurses required for an outstanding opportunity to develop your career in Senior and Dementia Care with a highly respected care charity. Days shifts only, either 8 or 12-hour shifts.
The Home
Our care home, Glebelands in Wokingham is rated ‘GOOD’ by the CQC now requires Registered General Nurses RGNs, permanently to cover various day shift patterns. You are key in the position of the Home and would work closely with the Home Manager. In this role, our registered general nurses are integral to ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care, using a person-centred care approach.
Day to Day
You will lead our care to a wide range of clients with complex needs, both physical and mental health issues. You will support a team of dedicated careworkers, ensuring that all aspects of our resident’s experience is of the highest standard.
Your requirements
You will have an NMC, at least 1 year’s post registration experience and a passion for driving high standards of care.
