Registered Care Manager

Salary: £38,400 – £44,400 per year

My client is a well-established Charity and are currently recruiting in Somerset for 2 Registered Care Manager’s with an outstanding reputation for the specialist 24/7 Autism Care they provide within Dorset and Somerset.

This particular position is in a home were their aim is help people with Autism develop new skills and live independently at home and in the community. Every person you support is an individual with individual needs and you will have a great support team behind you to make sure you can provide outstanding support which makes it a great place to be…for residents and staff.

As Registered Care Manager, you will be:

* General running of the home

* Keeping up-to-date with CQC guidelines and procedures.

* Making sure all paperwork is up-to-date

* Administering Medication

* Providing emotional and functional nursing care and support to elderly residents

* Keeping care plans up to date

* Liaising with other healthcare professionals i.e. GP’s, Social Workers, Therapists and Families

Skills & Experience Needed:

* Level 4 or 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care.

* Experience in a similar setting (desirable)

* Great level of care with an excellent nursing track record needed

* Be living within travelling distance to Crewkerne.
