Salary: £60,000 per year

The Client:
A world Leader in the field of LV/MV/HV power

The Position:
Management of a regional Service operations team of field service engineers covering
Multi-Technologies (LV/MV/UPS/Cooling/Software). Customer facing position acting as the single point of contact within the region, with close collaboration with sales and operations. Strong Resource management ensuring our people and partners have the correct skills and high level of training to deliver class leading customer service and delivery. Ensure the region achieves utilisation, lead generation and installed base capture targets whilst maintaining a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Recruit Engineers resource to meet current and future growth expectations, both in terms of overall head count and skill sets.
+ Achieve Engineering team utilization targets.
+ Ensure FSR leads are maximized in line with growth targets.
+ Ensure FSR accurately track Site Installed Base.
+ Develop and engage a team of Service engineers through clear objective setting and performance management thereby minimizing labour turnover and maximizing ENPS outcomes.
+ Manage talent to ensure a robust succession plan
+Manage and control the utilisation of 3rd party contractors to deliver customer satisfaction whilst achieving financial and safety constraints.
+ Achieve targeted CNPS results for region.
+ Responsible for health and safety of teams deployed to site, with zero lost time accidents and achievement of near miss reporting.
+ Manage optimum provision of materials, tooling, PPE and transport within budget and to meet project requirements.
+ Ensure strong customer focus within team to maximise customer satisfaction and repeat business. SPOC for major regional clients.
+ Use Commercial Awareness to assess and challenge cost, time and resources required for installations.
+ Manage, research, evaluate and recommend existing and new procedures, equipment and tools to enhance the capabilities of the Field Service team
+ Provide on-call cover

Education/Qualifications:
+ Ideally Degree/HND level qualification preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Experience:
+ Proven experience managing and developing teams of employees.
+ Experience working in an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering environment.
+ Excellent in MS Office Applications
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to internal and external audiences
+ Organized with project management skills
+ Capable to work in matrix organization models with strong business pressure

Salary:
Up to £50,000 depending on experience
