At Northwood Hygiene Products we are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager for the South West Region to obtain and maintain our long term key customers.

As the Regional Sales Manager you will be typically working Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00.

About the Role

Essential requirements of the Regional Sales Manager include:

  • Management of the designated regional accounts and delivering profitable added growth by utilising the end-user pipeline process and distributor sales personnel.
  • Development of the Northwood branded portfolio in the designated regional territory (eg Raphael Systems, Whisper, Optimum, Essentials, Perform and ProWiper products).
  • Management of the Regional and National distribution group locations in the designated territory.
  • Responsibility to manage a set strategy through clear KPI’s and agreed objectives for the delivery of the targeted growth plan.
  • The role involves travel and time away from home.

  • Knowledge of the AFH market – Not necessarily in paper hygiene
  • Experience of working with distributors
  • Experienced working to KPI’s, targets and deadlines
  • Analytical with good IT skills
