Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

Monday to Friday 9-5 South East/ London

The role holder will be a people orientated individual who is passionate about delivering the highest standard of recruitment. Through their excellent recruitment and organisational skills they will be able to manage the delivery of new Care Workers to the business and supporting the branch in the growth of the number of hours of care delivered.

To work with the Regional Operations Director and Regional Recruiter to identify and meet recruitment needs for the branch. To advertise roles, using various resources, and ensure these are kept up to date.Monitor response and deal with applications in a prompt, professional and timely manner. Pre-screen potential candidates and where relevant, book in for interview with Branch.Measure the success of various recruitment activities

Creation of offer packs

Report compilation and any other duties as required

Develop best quality communications (e.g. advertisements) that will be used as standard across the business. Be the external facing representative for the company at appropriate Branch Manager meetings

Build relationships with agencies as well as the local community,

The ideal candidate must have good recruitment experience and ability to go out and find ways to increase applications as well as interviews and making applicant compliant. Ideally have a healthcare background but not essential as long as has done volume recruitment.

This role would be home based but in branches 3-4 days pw

There are numerous branches around London and must be happy to commute.
