An opportunity has arrisen for a construction professional to join a leading building contractor as Regional Marketing Assistant. As a Regional Marketing Assistant you will be required to assist the Regional Sales Manager and Head of Marketing and Communications.

Key Responsibilities

Support with the day to day marketing activity within the regional sales teams.
Researching planning leads and making the initial client contact.
Co-ordinating new development and plot descriptions with the Group PR agency and ensuring they are loaded to the CMS.
Conducting Weekly audits with Regional Sales Team
Creating and uploading offer banners to developments
Daily amends to plot specific information (price changes, descriptions and dimensions)
Ensure that all approved Sales Collateral is sent to print and distributed to the relevant developments
Develop weekly email campaign plan with the Regional Sales Team
Report results of email campaigns to the Regional Sales Directors
Co-ordinate regional sales related press releases by working closely with the Group PR Co-ordinator
Ordering of stands and merchandise for sales events
Co-ordinating news stories for Intranet (managed through the Group PR Co-ordinator)Experience/Qualifications

Organised
Self-Motivated
An eye for detail
Experience in an office environment
Knowledge of InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft PackagesThis vacancy may suite individuals with experience gained within a similar position or those wishing to change the direction of their construction career and specialise in marketing.
