The Background:

Reporting to the Global Head of Mobility, you’ll be responsible for leading policy development while leading the European operational team.

The Role:

The responsibilities of the Regional Global Mobility Director include but not limited to the following:

– Leading global mobility strategy across Europe;

– Working with the Global Head of Mobility on global improvement initiatives;

– Managing VIP moves into the region;

– Leading and developing the regional hub team;

– Liaising with key business managers and HR leaders to ensure a thorough understanding of requirements on both sides;

– Managing the team’s finances, billing and budgets.

The Person:

The successful candidate will have:

– A strong background of global mobility from within a corporate environment;

– Experience of expatriate taxation, ideally within a professional services firm;

– Excellent leadership skills and confidence managing a team;

– Good communication and numerical skills.
