My client, a national market leader within home improvements are seeking a Regional Direct Marketing Manager to join their thriving sales team within the South West London area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales driven individual to drive their career forward.
Regional Direct Marketing Manager Responsibilities include;
Recruit and motivate and retain Field Marketing Team Leaders
Effectively train sales people
Achieve, and lead sales against targets
Maintain daily contact with self employed sales managers and executives
Attend weekly sales and marketing meetings
To plan weekly recruitment activitiesEssential Requirements for Regional Direct Marketing Manager
Experience of working with the self employed
Experience of recruitment processes
Business and commercial acumen
Excellent people manager
Strong negotiation skills
Full UK driving licence
Background in a direct sales environment would be an advantageBenefits
Salary: £26,000 per year+ OTE up to £60k
