The Position

As a Recruitment Consultant joining an established team that successfully supplies doctors to the NHS on a locum basis, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process, offering recruitment solutions to clients & candidates, as well as regularly conducting interviews and attending client visits. You will be responsible for driving new business and establishing positive working relationships with clients (decision makers and decision influencers) who have a genuine recruitment need, as well as proving support in the acquisition official documentation. Frequent client visits and a proactive approach to candidate attraction are also essential requirements for this unique and incredibly varied role.

The Successful Candidate
