Recruitment Consultant for West Midlands

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

Wright Staff are looking to recruit an experienced Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our existing team at our office in Worcester but working on the West Midlands area.
Wright Staff specialise in Driving Recruitment therefore ideally you will have experience within a fast paced logistics recruitment sector and be able to bring on new clients with sales calls as well as run and build a desk of clients and drivers for the West Midlands area.
We would also consider consultants from the industrial / commercial sector with a proven track record of new business growth.
Job Description:
* *Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am till 1730hrs.
* *We operate an on call rota (currently 1 in 3 but will become 1 in 4)
* *Prospecting Client and Candidates from cold.
* *Client Visits
* *Building and running an online plan of candidates
* *Meeting KPI targets
* *Ensuring WTD and Drivers hours are legally maintained
* *Interviewing Candidates
Requirements:
* *Must have 2 to 3 years recruitment experience.
* *Be focused, dedicated and a team player.
* *Methodical in approach to sales and running plans.
* *Ideally understand WTD and Drivers tachograph hours.
Benefits:
* *Base salary dependent on experience. (£30,000 – £36,000)
* *Car allowance of £5k per annum once qualifying target met.
* *Generous commission structure that can be up to £1500 per month once qualifying target met.
* *21 days holiday + Bank holidays + for each complete year of service you gain 1 extra day.
* *Mileage allowance for client visits paid at £0.45p per mile
