Recruitment Assistant

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

Our client, a growing financial service provider, are looking to expand their talent acquisition team during an exciting time of company growth. Your job will be to support the Recruitment Manager with all related recruitment activities.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Screening CVs on various job platforms
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and initially sifting candidates
• Collating feedback from each interview and moving candidates through the offer process
• Keeping the ATS up to date
• Working closely with the Recruitment Manager to help with the completion of projects and other ad-hoc duties
• Assisting with the management of the careers inbox to ensure all emails are responded to

As an ideal candidate you will have:-

• Experience with direct sourcing on job boards
• Previous experience using an ATS

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior recruiter, who maybe looking to move into an in-house role. Although initially a 9 month FTC, there is potentially opportunity for the role to go permanent for the right candidate.
