Community Ambulance Services going through an exciting period of growth! We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our busy Recruitment team. We are looking for someone with previous experience in recruitment who loves supporting an organisation to attract diverse candidates and hire the best talent – a fabulous opportunity for an experienced individual to take on a new challenge!
This role is a Monday -Friday role, 40 hours per week. This is a hybrid-working role and is split between remote working and 2-3 days a week spent travelling to assessment days at Harrow and Watford – there will be occasions where you may need to travel to support Recruitment Days at our sites across the North of England.
What will I be doing?
You will be responsible for helping to source and screen candidates, helping to organise interviews and assessment days, postings of Job Adverts on various job boards, supporting the Recruitment Managers and everything in between!
Other tasks are completing pre-employment checks and supporting with ad-hoc duties.
The Recruitment Team are the first point of contact for our candidates, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable speaking to candidates as well as internal stakeholders. If you have experience of Recruitment Administration, can build relationship with internal stakeholders quickly and have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, then we might be looking for you!
What experience will I need?
- Experience working in resourcing/recruitment administration is ideal – Ideally 1 year + experience
- Experience using an in-house ATS would be advantageous
- Experience using various job boards
- Experience with reporting
- A team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT skills including Word and Excel
- Calm under pressure
