Your Responsibilities:
As a Recruiter Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building a pipeline of candidates with niche technical skillsets. You will maintain regular contact with them to stay up to date with their availability, job application activity, and ongoing industry developments. Through your efforts, you will generate valuable candidate and client leads.
Requirements:
End-to-End Recruitment and Account Management Experience: Utilize your expertise in managing the entire recruitment process and maintaining client relationships.
Market Mapping Experience: Demonstrate your ability to research and analyze the market to identify potential candidates and opportunities.
Lead Generation: Proven track record in generating leads to drive business growth.
