Salary: £26,000 – £27,600 per year
Recovery Agent – IMMEDIATE START
£22,200 – £27,600 DoE + monthly performance bonuses
Monday-Friday
Cheltenham | Temp – Perm
No Experience Required – Full Training Provided

In this role you will be communicating with customers via telephone, email, and other platforms. Previous experience in a customer service environment is desirable but not essential as full training is given. You will spend your time speaking to different customers and clients, education individuals on unresolved credit and debt issues. You will be supporting and providing payment resolution services on behalf of clients and obtaining payment to clear balance owed. No day is the same in this role and would suit someone who wants to finish the day feeling like they have made a difference.
