Bell Cornwall Recruitment are currently looking for an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Welcome Host Assistant in Birmingham city centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Management of the meeting & conference facilities
* Assisting with events at the office
* Switchboard work and fielding telephone calls
* Maintaining the Reception and keeping the area clean & tidy
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong communication & organisation skills
* Good IT ability and typing skills
