My client a leading Investment managers is looking for a new receptionist to join the reception team. This will be on a temp to perm basis. In this role standards are exceptionally high so please only apply for this role if you have a hard working ethic, polished in every sense and a excellent team player.

Duties will include meeting and greeting all guests when they enter the office, setting up meeting rooms, providing some admin support including diary management of meeting rooms, ensuring that office supplies are fully stocked, working alongside the office manager to coordinate catering and managing all the post. You will be also dealing with contracts for cleaners and rota’s.

The ideal candidate must be available immediately and be a professional receptionist who wants to join a growing and highly successful firm with exceptional benefits, perks and leading bonus structure.

For this role it is absolutely essential that you are used to dealing with UHNWI and not be fazed at all by this as the majority of the visitors will fall under this bracket. For this role it would be great if you have had reception experience within a similar firm and also had some admin/PA experience.

This position will be starting ASAP and really is a superb position and for the right candidate you will be going perm.
