Receptionist / Beautician

Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting for a Leisure Receptionist/Beauty Therapist for a prestige and luxury hotel chain in the Hertfordshire area.

You will be responsible for providing a friendly, efficient and helpful service to all members and guests and also providing treatments to guests and members and ensuring they are met in a professional way.

This is a full time position on a shift basis working on Reception as well as a Beauty Therapist.

Duties include:
– To be aware of the selling strategy, special rates and promotions
– To promote all the Leisure Club facilities
– To cover the salon reception
– Booking Appointments
– Answering telephone calls
– To ensure all guest are charged correctly onto guest bills
– To carry out treatments to the highest standard

Experience required:
– Strong communication skills
– Proactive and reliable
– Excellent self presentation
– Excellent customer care skills

You must be NVQ Level 3 qualified in Beauty Therapy.
