We are currently working with our client to help find them a Receptionist to work in their busy team.

Receptionist
Your main area of responsibility in the reception would be assisting with administration, Checking all guests in and out and taking bookings as well as acting as the first point of contact for any queries. You will also need to be confident with guests and the public.

You must be computer literate, as use of a computer is a vital part of this role, they use a range of computer systems and full training will be given to successful applicants.

Receptionist shifts will be varied and will include some early starts, some late nights and weekend working.
7.30am – 3.00pm or 3.00pm – 10.30pm, on a weekly Rota basis.
